Introduction

Specialists in curtains, blinds, repairs and alterations. We have been supplying soft furnishings, comprehensive interior design and services for the commercial and domestic customer since 1994. We provide a high quality, professional service.

Who we are

Managing Directors: Husband and Wife, Glen and Linda Malpass

An established company since 1994. During which time recruiting only those personnel having the necessary skills to produce the highest standards of workmanship (to which I might add sadly are few and far between) setting up shop continues with the desire for innovation in design and adaptation remaining our motivation.

How we Operate
All manufacturing/alterations and repairs are carried out at our shop premises. None of our work is sub-contracted out.
The shop serves as a showroom for numerous curtain/drape treatments, soft furnishings, as well as examples of fitted/made to measure furniture for the kitchen and bedroom etc... Changing rooms are provided for alterations and repairs. All in all an inspiring comfortable surrounding.
Enquiries will almost certainly be dealt with by Linda (Managing Director and hands on machinist). Instinctively her voice will keep you at ease: A down to earth, hearty person with a good sense of humor.

Design, Build & Install

A few words about myself, The hubby in the partnership. I do not profess to be very good with words however my artistic abilities and over 25 years building /joinery experience allow me the freedom of communication pictorially. So often has been the case that clients have an idea mentally but cannot get the 'picture' across. I breakdown that barrier. Resulting where by the client gets what they had in mind with the provision of scaled drawings and sketches.

Enough of that, I take care of curtain installations, new designs, pattern making, stiff pelmets, soft furnishings, decorative timber work and any architectural problems that may arise on the site. I continually monitor new products available, anything that will improve and broaden our services.

Our Reputation

  • Everything we do is painstakingly researched/analyzed, tried and tested matched to our craft skills at our disposal, to become specialist in these areas. Those areas where we cannot provide quality, efficiency, reliability, choice and value for money we will not entertain. We do know our limitations but our expectations are very high.

     

  • Being a small company with limited Finances we have progressed slowly but steadily, our business as a result has relied solely upon recommendations which reflect the quality of our services in a competitive market. Our reputation is maintained and we continue to expand.

Our objective

To continue to maintain the highest standards of services, constantly creating new designs and ideas, to perfect where others lack.

These are our motivations without which we would pack it all in tomorrow. We want to provide for all customers, for every budget, that which is pleasing to the eye, confident that there will continue to be a market place for quality.
